Steele makes 1.1 million at Auburn. If gus gets him a raise, I dont know if I see us offering that much more to him to come. This may have thrown a monkey wrench into the situation.

Au gave 7 year deal to Gus about 50mil

I would imagine that this would significantly hurt the chances of getting Steele here as the DC

I hope he is not seriously being considered for the HC, but rather just the DC. 9-36 at Baylor as HC is not a good thing.
