No. Hurts is Tyrod Taylor (Bills). I called it last year.

Dobbs is more talented physically. Taller, stronger arm, better elusiveness in the pocket and with comparable running ability outside the pocket.

Hurts will be a solid starter in the NFL like Tyrod Taylor. But he's nothing special.
