Death sentence! Death sentence! Death sentence! Shut down Jort U!!

This one centers around the school’s handling of the Antonio Callaway case, but it seems to be coming from the star receiver and his legal counsel.

"A complaint from the woman who accused Callaway of sexual assault is already in the process of being looked at by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights.

In a counter-claim, Callaway alleged that he was the victim of sexual assault because he was high on marijuana and incapable of consent. Also in that filing, UF’s investigative timeframes are put into question as being too vague."

Wow, just wow.

Why is it not common sense that title 9 needs to go away? A college should have no part in investigating a police matter.

But they are not getting a death penalty, not after Baylor.

There is another forum discussing a case from Youngstown St. Where the students are signing a petition to get a guy convicted of rape off the team. Ironically, there is a new story about UNA, covering up a sexual assualt. Part of the conversation is that the guy has a previous conviction and people wonder why the university would take on that liability.

So this story has sex, drugs, and Callaway. Awesome.

200.webp

p.s. I think Callaway's lawyer may have broken the code on avoiding Title IX railroading: immediate counter-claim. That way the university is required by law to treat both sides as victims from the get-go. It's a pretty smart move. I'm not sure about using marijuana as part of the claim, though.

Yawn......they fired the lawyer because of a conflict of interest so hard to see where they will suffer any real consequences

They gave themselves a death sentance when they hired shark humper. They are in a downward spiral that will continue as long as donkey face is the HC.

Ole butter teeth needs to find away to recruit if he plans on staying at Florida.

After we do some "Swamp Stompin" donkey teeth will be on the hot seat.

If I could think of any other names to call yellar teeth I would.

Damned feminazis and lawyers have changed things. Gotta get notarized consent after blood tests to get laid in college anymore.

It's not going to end well in Florida for McIlwaine. He is so not Spurrier and Meyer, and all of Florida nation knows it, and when it goes bad, it will go bad in a hurry.

Current SEC head coaches that have won a division title:

Nick Saban (6)
Jim McElwain (2)
Gus Malzahn (1)

Based on this investigation, UF will feel the fire and fury from the NCAA sooner than later....not to be confused with Rick James and Teena Marie's legendary R&B ballad Fire and Desire.

There was a thread about this somewhere else the other day. Seems Huntley Johnson, the usual go to lawyer for UF athletes who get in trouble, is not getting along well with the current powers that be, is not getting some bills paid that he thinks he's owed money on, and is on a bit of a tirade against the University as a result.

Translation: Don't get your hopes up that this ends with any meaningful problems for UF.

It's almost as if Tennessee didn't settle a Title IX lawsuit not too long ago.

Perhaps we should ask you guys how to deal with this kinda thing.
