The University of Nevada made waves Wednesday by offering nine-year-old Los Angeles native Havon Finney Jr. a football scholarship.

Absolute insanity.

I watched the film. He looked GREAT. Except he was being chased by other 9 year olds. Amazed that Nevada found him before Vandy. He'd be perfect there.

You would still lose money in the casinos. There is a reason they build schools or repave the roads when their bored.
