most have been rank teams.Geno seems to be smart starts with rank teams first

too bad Holly doesn,t go to one of his practices

Havent played a ranked team yet this year (2017) They did play 5 in Nov-Dec though

It might be historic, but I can't name a single UCONN player and doubt that I could even spell Geno's last name correctly without using the google. Auriema?

Go Lady Cocks!

The talent in women's college basketball is as a shallow as a kiddie pool.

Pretty much this. UConn's ability to scout and recruit the best is what has them at 100. In men's ball #1 and #6 would be a pretty close game. In women's it's not unusual for that to be a 30 point win.

Yep.

If the #1 team in your sport is beating top 5 and top 10 teams by 20-40 points, that isn't a sign the #1 team is the greatest force in the universe. It's a sign the only people who are good at the sport are all on the same team, which is a big problem. They beat the #20 ranked team in the country by 65 points the other day, for crying out loud.

They have lost one game in the last 3+ seasons. 4 national titles in a row. The last time they missed a Final Four was 10 years ago.

Those facts are so mind-blowing that it really calls into question if any sort of competitive balance exists in the sport. They are dominating a sport that nobody else even appears to be playing anymore. It seems as if there are only 4-5 really good female basketball players in the country every year, and they all to go UConn.

USCe lead 29-27 before self destructing and helping UConn go on a 8-0 to lead 35-29 at the half
