| If Notre Dame loses this game, I am not sure Kiffin will get another shot at Urban Meyer. Meyer's buyout is a measly $500,000. Meyer will be a hall of fame coach if he wins three or four championships with Florida. Maybe even considered the greatest of all time. If one of those championships are with not only Notre Dame but a Notre Dame team that he rebuilt... he would go down as a legend. I would like Kiffin to make him his whipping boy but I would also like Meyer to go to Notre Dame and fail. After failing, he returns to a Florida team that has fallen off a bit while Tennessee he has turned back into a power house. Then Kiffin gets to kick him while he is down. :D
I do think it's possible Meyer ends up at Notre Dame if they lose today. Without Tebow, Florida won't be the same team for a while. I'm sure even Meyer knows this. | |
