Even more pathetic. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Meyer suggested the penalty, given Slive's take yesterday.

He makes $4,000,000 per year. A $30,000 fine is 0.75% of his annual salary.

That's the same as someone who makes $40,000/year getting hit with a $300 fine.... it sucks, but isn't the end of your life.
