| Big 12 Review Week 9. Things are looking better! Baylor 10 vs Nebraska 20
So Baylor drops another one and thus making it darn near impossible to get a Bowl Birth.
Missouri 36 @ Colorado 17
Good for Mizzou. Colorado's fans have given up on them.
Iowa State 10 @ Texas A&M 35
See what can happen if you dont turn over the ball against ISU?
Texas Tech 42 vs Kansas 21
Leach is still getting heat from the "fat little girlfriends" comment, but atleast his guys still played for him.
Oklahoma 42 vs Kansas State 30
K-State has dug itself outta the bottom, but they have not "arrived" yet.
Texas 41 @ Oklahoma State 14
What was supposed to be a big game, turned into a disaster for Gundy. That's a big step back for the Cowboys on both sides of the ball.
Week 10 Schedule:
Central Fla. at Texas -Yes you read that right, "Central Florida". Texas wins big.
Kansas at Kansas State - Instate rival game. I like K-State to win it.
Texas A&M at Colorado -3 in a row and bowl eligible, here we come!
Baylor at Missouri - Mizzou picks on the bears some more. I bet Griffin wishes he went to UofH right about now.
Oklahoma State at Iowa State - Okie Lite gets back on track.
Pretty much status quo at the top and bottom. Texas continues their march while the rest of us battle amongst ourselves. I hate to say it, but it's true.

| Texas is going to win the south and the entire Big 12, despite their upcoming loss on Thanksgiving night. Sorry General, but I didnt tear up Sam Bradford's shoulder. It is what it is I suppose.

| Droski, I going to guess the winner of the K-State Nebraska game should be the North Rep. They both have atleast one tough game that they could lose, left on their schedules. If I had to guess right now, I'll stick with my preseason prediction of Nebraska.

The big 12 needs at least one team in the north to step up. It looked like Nebraska might be ready to fill that void until they lost at Iowa St.
It just frustrates me to see texas waltz their way to 10+ wins and a BCS bowl game year in year out... facilitated by having very few quality opponents along the way. |

| Texas is pretending to be Ohio State in recent years, or dare I say SC. With the conference overall being down ie; Tech being back to the garbage they are, Ou having a major loss in Bradford, Okie Lite not living up to the hype, and Baylor losing their one player. They havnt been tested really yet.
Not being a homer, but our game with them maybe the last bridge they have to cross, and frankly, its not a given. Go back to the Franchonie era when we upset them not once, but twice back to back. Thus raining on their parade.
The Big 12 is down for sure, but who knew Nebraska would trip over themselves against ISU, or Bradford, Bryant, and Griffin would be non factors. Those three guys alone, were all impact players in this conference.
Im not saying, "Go write it on the wall with a marks-alot, aTm is going to whoop t.u." I am saying we have just as good of a chance if not better to do so, and we are playing really really good right now. Sure we still have Ou in Norman, but who knows about that one either. Its been a while since Ive even kinda, sorta thought that way concerning the matchup between the Sooners and the short horns.
ps, tell all those t-shirt t-sips to play on the freeway.

| thanks Hat. I kinda figured that already, but one can hope we make a game of it. For the record, I predicted that to be a big fat "L" for us months, hell, years ago.

| Coach Sherman was asked Monday, about the impact of playing at altitude this week in Boulder, Colo. (elevation 5,340 feet). In response, Sherman suggested it would not be that different from playing in Lubbock (elevation 3,256 feet). "Lubbock’s a pretty good altitude up there," Sherman said. "There’s a lot of hot air up there, too. We had to deal with that."
lulz.

| Call me a homer, but I'm still going Mizzou in the North. We should win out (Baylor, Iowa State, K-State, kU), and Nebraska will probably have two more losses (Oklahoma, kU in Larryville, K-State, Colorado). Nebraska has no offense. They struggled against Baylor. BAYLOR! This is a Baylor team without Robert Griffin.
The North is so ugly this year. I'm thinking that the current leader, K-State, doesn't even go bowling this year. They need 7 wins with Mizzou, Nebraska, and kU left. Need two wins out of those. Gross.
K-State in Manhattan does creep me out a bit as a Mizzou fan. I just don't know how the Cats will show up. The comeback after Oklahoma let up on their throats was a bit scary. |

| If K-State can figure out what youre doing on offense, they're competitive.
Kansas will play yall tough too. They usually do.

They start out BAD, really BAD. And then they stomp A&M and then hold their own with OU. I don't know what to think of them.
I think KU beats them this weekend though. |
