One of the things I frequently deal with in work is videotape that looks bad, but has to be put in context and the people involved spoken to before you reach conclusions.

But what I have found is that you don't know whether you are dealing with one of those times or not until you talk to the people involved.
Spikes may simply say I didn't intend to hurt him, and that would not be proof enough for you to dismiss the issue. But, he might say, and here's why with an explanation that makes sense. All I am saying is find that out. Posted via VolNation Mobile | |
