They have potential to be. Just like Kentucky does. But both teams have some issues to address before either of them are considered top 5.

If Cal can win 1 out of 3 and be competitive in the others, they will certainly be on the right track

Wanted to take a look at this and see how it is playing out for me. I obviously missed big time on North Carolina, Cal, and Michigan. UConn, Butler, and Ohio State (who is now in a lot better shape with Turner back) are also a bit lower than I thought they would be. My top five is looking extremely solid. All things considered, this doesn't look too shabby.
