| *Game Thread* Iowa at Iowa State None of the games on before the Tennessee game really appeal to me. So I guess this will be the game I watch since it's a state rivalry game and I expect it to be close. So, anyone else who is watching this game.... this is the thread for you. |

| Amazing one handed interception by Iowa State. It was Polamulu-esque. |

| Oh man. The Iowa defender just speared ISU's runningback.
People who aren't watch this are already missing a good game. |

Batted and picked off by Iowa. |

Batted and picked off by Iowa. | Not "just a homer." I watch my share of football. I just can't justify investing 3 hours in Iowa or Iowa St.
Florida v. Troy will be a 4-quarter castration, but at least I'll get to see some good football. |

I guess that's where we differ. The only blow outs I enjoy watching are when it's my team blowing them out. I think you could say watching a blow out involving teams you have no tie to is a waste of time. I'm just killing time til the Tennessee game and I think this in state rivalry is my best bet at catching an interesting game with a close outcome. |

I wasn't forcing anyone to read or post.
The person who mentioned the NC/UConn game is pry the best game. Penn State should slaughter Syracue. Like I said, I am only watching this game because there aren't many to choose from and it's an in state rivalry that should be a close one. That is all. Even if the game sucks... the first interception was equal to Polamalu's against the Titan. The hit on the running back was also brutal. Some good plays early on. |

| Iowa State 3-0 after drilling a perfect 46 yard kick. Should have scored a touchdown if it wasn't for a holding on a big run and just over throwing a wide open guy. I am actually impressed by Arnaud so far.
Another plus to watching this game is it was on the pick it contest. Picked ISU. |

| And the botched onside kick gives Iowa a touchdown. ISU's coach looks really dumb right now. They were off sides on the on side kick so Iowa get an extra 5 yards after the recovery. Then ISU's DB throws and Iowa wide receiver to the ground 5 yards out of bounds for a 15 yard penalty. ISU is beating themselves right now.
7-3 Iowa. |
