Ja'Quayvin Smalls of Western Carolina dies after voluntary workout - ESPN

He went to my high school (Wando). He was such a beast, I remember him absolutely shutting down AJ Green in the games when Green was a fr. and soph.

Wow too sad. RIP

They did the right thing by removing him from workouts after the cramps. Sad it ended like that.
