| I know this doesn't have to do with UT, but...
does anybody else find it great how ESPN talked all year about how great the Big East was and its ACC vs. Big Ten in the Championship game?

| Yes! Dude, I have been talking all year about how good the Big East was, but I have seen the light, the Big East was overrated. They are in line with the other conferences that didn't get a team in the final. Seriously, the Big East is no better than the Horizon or the MVC. |

| Quite simply, the the Big East was the best conference top to bottom this year. The ACC was good, but top heavy. Every other conference does not deserve serious inclusion in the discussion. The Big East had like 5 or 6 teams in the sweet 16 and 2 in the final 4. To say that they were a somehow inferior conference because both final four teams lost is ridiculous. | |

| I'm not denying that it wasn't weak. It was the best conference top to bottom, all I'm saying is that the way ESPN talked about the conference all year, you would have thought it would have been 2 Big East teams playing each other in the final, that's all. | |

| ESPN talked about the Big East so much because they were so dominant all year. The ACC and Big Ten had one team each that could compete with the upper 5 in the Big East - it just so happens that those two made it through to the finals. | |
