| | Raditude | I think the Alabama hire is the key factor in the Kentucky hire. Obviously Grant would have liked to have the job at Florida more than the Alabama job. With Billy D coming out and saying he didn't want the Kentucky job, I'm sure Grant contacted him to make sure he wasn't just saying that. Because if Billy D. truly wanted to go to Kentucky, Grant would have not accepted the Bama job and wait for Florida to come knocking, which you know they would have. Because of this, we know Billy won't go to Kentucky and I think it looks like Coach Cal might be your new coach at Kentucky |

Top 5 coaching spot in the nation, tons of history, great pay check, great recruiting resources and just simply one of the best jobs in America. If he could recruit the players he did at Memphis, just think of the guys he could bring to Kentucky. They need a guy who can handle all the pressure and I think Coach Cal is a perfect fit for them.
One thing is for sure, Kentucky needs to hit a homerun wit this hire. Can't just be a double or base hit. They've gotta go big |

| I'm very proud for Anthony Grant as he is a University of Dayton graduate, and former player. He is going to be a very good coach... too bad it's at Alabama |

| This should definetly improve recruiting for Alabama.
He has recruiting pipelines all over the country and can convince kids as far north as Maryland to come down to Alabama. |
