This article is from March 24th. This is not his second arrest within the past 2 weeks....the article points out that he was arrested twice within 2 weeks last year.

Reading comprehension is underrated.

I'm surprised his brother was involved. His older brothers were the ones who helped kept him out of trouble in high school.
