Helicopter moms think she is too controlling. Feel sorry for that poor guy. Think he had a choice between her and Saban and chose Saban. That's gotta sting.

There is caring and controlling. Big difference. Caring parent gives their kid the tools to make decisions and become a responsible adult. Controlling never allows the child to grow and does more harm than good. If you're trying to direct NFL trainers on your son's weight, that's controlling and you're a bad parent.

You can tell that the woman definitely sees dollar signs when it comes to.her kids. She'll probably tell the kid she needs to be on his bank account to help manage his money.

Yep and all those years she struggled to raise him will need to be repaid with a big house, coach bags and designer clothes

She's likely involved in movies being filmed in NOLA, which occur occasionally. It's not like she's in LA on every set.

She covets family values, meanwhile she has 2 kids, a year apart, with different last names, neither of which are her last name? Sit down and shut up.

Kobe's mom tried to auction some of his stuff off(including high school) because he wouldn't buy her a new mansion. Keep in mind, the mansion she currently lives in was also bought by Kobe. For some people, it's never enough. As been pointed out, this woman relishes being in the spotlight and her baby is now her retirement. You know why she was pissed off that his girlfriend and her family were there? She doesn't want to share the spotlight and she doesn't want to share his money. Also pointed out previously is the belief that she's controlling. She really is... she was already worried about where Landon's future earnings would be going. She wanted to control someone else's fortune before they even had it. She didn't want a smaller piece of pie by having to share with her potential future in-laws. That's just my take anyways, she seemed like an overbearing pageant mother who is living their glory through their child and if she has it her way, living through him financially. Movin' on up, to the east side... she did say she wanted to retire in Flo-rida style.

The "three year plan"?...Yeah that was a big factor...and Vinnie Sunseri almost messed it up by playing too well in front of her baby. At least he had the decency to shred his knee and put things right.

I personally liked the comments about being displeased the draft was no longer in NYC. This is a crack in the blinds to show how much the world revolves around her.
