I'll be surprised if Jones isn't back with the team. He seems to have some of the same issues Kenyan Drake dealt with early on. If he gets his head on straight, he'll be a very solid contributor.

No doubt. I'm sure Jones could have murdered a family and gotten back on the team if he's a great player.

I was just about to comment on this. Him being suspended now has no impact on the team whatsoever. He'll be conveniently unsuspended by the time spring practice rolls around.

Jones was suspended in October, too. But carry on.

Making room to push for an NFL player in 2016. Saban doesn't have room for anyone in his backfield who isn't a high draft pick.
