Dak Prescott is on the list, but he announced today that he is returning to MS. I counted 75, that means if they were all to get drafted then underclassman would make up 35% of the draft...but many probably won't and will end up as free agents or unsigned.

Unofficial underclassmen early entry list for 2015 NFL Draft - NFL.com

I think they have until the end of tomorrow to declare, so there might end up some more.

98 underclassmen that declared for the draft early last season, (102 including players that had graduated but still had eligibility, like Bridgewater) almost 40 weren't drafted.

15 of the 102 went on the first day in the first round (32 picks).

18 went in the second day's second round (32 picks).
8 went in the second day's third round (36 picks).

And as far as the third day:

10 went in the 4th round (40 picks).
5 went in the 5th round (36 picks).
3 went in the 6th round (39 picks).
4 went in the 7th round (41 picks).

The percentage of underclassmen drafted has also dropped the last few years: from 82% in 2012 to 70% in 2013 to 62% in 2014. (Also apparently over half of the ones that got a 3rd round or below evaluation last season weren't drafted.)

Dak returning for State is a huge lift for their program. His return keeps them in the conversation in the West and in the top 25.

He's on the list for Hiesman Trophy canadiates too. He means so much to thier program!

Heard surprised me a lot, idk if he'll even get drafted.

Heard must really hate school because there is no way he will get drafted. Sign as a free agent and make a practice squad at best imo. Even that would be very doubtful.

like I said in a different thread, I'm amazed that he's still got a year left. I just thought he'd been there for so many years

He's a good back, highly ranked player, and explosive at times. There has been everything suggested at times, from family issues, coach conflicts, and the fact he's graduating in the spring. Maybe he has a money problem with his family, so who knows. He could have been worried about having to share a ton of carries with our other backs. Who knows, he was a good player for a year, and could have been one of the more underrated backs in the sec next year.

Take away the UT Martin game and Heard only had 250 yards rushing for the season. His last three games against decent defenses he averaged less then 3 yards a carry. The only time he looked explosive was against UT Martin. Against ranked teams Braylon's longest run was 7 yards. I know he was highly rated out of High School but I just don't see him getting drafted. I retract my statement that he must really hate school though I see he is set to graduate and has been a very good student.
