I'm seriously outnumbered here being on a Navy base. Fortunately, I haven't met many sports fans. Not having that many sports fans sucks in every other instance.

I went to school here in '06-'07 and a good friend from then is still here. So he's my sports fix.

Between the constant noise of F18's and the overwhelming number of squid garbage walking the neighborhoods, I dont know how I could keep from putting a bullet in my head living there.

I live near Little Creek so there's never any noise from Oceania. I get a few choppers, but I'm used to that.

And honestly, outside of buying some groceries at the Lite Creek commissary or playing their golf course, I rarely run into any military people in my off time off. I mostly stay in VA Beach though.
