I wouldn't suspend him either. It's not like he tried to fight or punch the other guy in the face. Looks like it was a reaction to the other player trying to drive his head into the ground with his elbow.

If I understand the rules correctly, given that the punch was thrown "below" the shoulders I don't think it falls in the ejection category. It would have to be interpreted as a "fight" to get an ejection or have been his second personal foul of the game.

One problem is I think he got away with a clear flagrant personal foul earlier in the game. Of course that's coming from a Duck fan so it probably carries very little weight in the discussion.
