If I had bought a ticket I would investigate a lawsuit since they are not giving the fan's money back.

Or...you could simply go to UF's athletics website and learn how to get a refund for Idaho tickets instead of making stuff up and looking like a fool. :eek:lol:

Florida-Idaho Declared No Contest - GatorZone.com

Florida-Idaho Declared No Contest
Gainesville, Fla.

Florida and Idaho have agreed that Saturday's game has been declared a no contest.

University of Florida Athletics Director Jeremy Foley and University of Idaho Athletics Director Rob Spear have agreed that Saturday nightÂ’s game has been declared a no contest and that not rescheduling the game is the only viable option for both programs.

The two schools, however, have agreed to schedule a game in Gainesville for the 2017 season on a date to be determined later.

Florida will fulfill the terms of the contract between the two schools and pay Idaho its $975,000 guarantee by February 1, 2015, as outlined in the agreement.

Hopefully you'd read the back of the ticket before filing the suit. That way you wouldn't waste money on hiring a lawyer only to have your case thrown out as soon as it gets onto a judge's desk.

Lot of people want to holla about how they lost a dolla on the game. As you posted, if your ticket is legit, there are avenues for a refund. I don't understand flying off the handle on something like this.
