New Bowl games

There will be 39 bowl games plus the national title game starting next year. That's 78 teams. We will have 5-7 teams playing in some of these games before too long. It's bound to happen.

Yep. I mean how many winning teams have been left out the past few years. I can remember Louisiana Tech from 2 years ago and I remember MTSU didn't get one a few years back, but I don't remember that many.

Amazing how ESPN can make any $$$ on these low tier bowls. Camera angles to avoid empty stands. What advertisers pay $$ to show on these games?

Why do people care if there are 39 bowl games? It's been 30 years since making a bowl was really reserved for elite teams rather than who could sell tickets and provide a backdrop for ad revenue. What difference does it make whether there are 30 bowls or 50?
