But in true fashion, gotta get my troll on.

Matt Roark > Eric Berry.
Except of course Berry was two years gone by Roark's "legendary" game

So if you meant off the wall, irrational troll, then proceed

Vacated, not forfeited. Means you guys still have to count the loss, just they can't count the win
I thought it became a no contest, with the game expunged from both record books. Not saying you're wrong, but it's weird to say one team doesn't deserve a win, because of something they did, and not remove the other team's loss.

If this Wiki write-up has the facts straight, then what TrueOrange said is true when regular season games are vacated - the loss remains. But, since it was a postseason game, UT and UK do pick up the wins. It's not 100% clear though. It specifically says the loss remains for a regular season game but not a tournament game and does not mention bowls. But, in the opening paragraph, it links bowls with tournament games and says there's a difference between the treatment of regular season games and the treatment of bowls or tournament games.

Auburn fans still think the 2004 NC is theirs since USC had it vacated

The NCAA doesn't count bowls as tournament games. So bowl losses still count.

So what do you do with the 2005 Ohio State-Penn State game?

Both schools had to vacate wins from that season.

You just said it. The team that got the win no longer does. It doesnt count as losses when a team gets a win vacated. I remember this from the Antonio Langham incident at Bama when they vacated the one seasons wins. Some Tennessee fans thought we broke beat them in between that huge Im wanting to say 11 year win streak. Then it was reported and explained that teams that lost to Bama that year still had losses but Bama just didn't get to count any of their wins. Odd I know.

Do you mean the 1993 tie-game?

That one Alabama actually (later) forfeited
