It is to make sure that other institutions understand that the athletic departments are not the be all/end all. That they are not gods that can exonerate themselves from a moral and ethical responsibility to do whats right because they bring in millions of dollars and entertain the masses.

Start with punishment for every individual involved and go from there.
I don't think other institutions need this lesson.

I don't think this is a malicious attempt to end PSU football purely because they are "good at the game".
I understand no one in their right mind would wish this on any one or any institution.
My point is, the punishment phase in regards to their football program should be done. |

Watching them play, like nothing happened, is a slap in the face to anyone that has been a victim of child molestation
Plus, everytime the play for the next 20 years, its going to be brought up. This will never go away

Anybody and everybody that had anything to do with letting this go on. And that includes the janitor that saw it and didn't go to the police, and the AD and the president of the university.
I don't think it would be just rabid fans being harsh. I think casual fans, students, parents of current students, etc, would keep it alive and at some point, the blame for this will try to be placed on the victims. (I can't figure out how to word exactly what I'm trying to say.)

| bringing the program down would add victims unnecessarily. Jobs would be lost. Careers would end. More lawsuits would ensue. And those people will have had nothing to do with this crap.
Get every single person involved and **** up their lives as much as possible. Level the locker room. Level the statue. Take every dime possible from the endowment and get it to the victims. Then use football money each year to support various groups for victims.
I understand the view that some have on here about bringing it down, but a lot of innocent people would be added to the victim list. |

(I can't figure out how to word exactly what I'm trying to say.) | The issue is this. We're not talking about random employees of PSU. We're talking THE TOP 4 of PSU. The leaders aka THE PSU itself. A VERY stiff punishment should be dealt to them. Posted via VolNation Mobile |

I'm very hard core but you are just short of Matt Millon. Posted via VolNation Mobile |
