Sam is easily a top 5 pick, if everything pans out.

Garbage list. Tyrann is not first round talent. He isn't a good cover corner and will be useless outside of ST which no one would grab for the first round.

E.J. Manuel and Geno Smith in the top 30? No mention of Tyler Bray or Logan Thomas who are much better pro prospects? Safe to say this list is pretty useless.

Bray definitely has pro-potential but he will need to put on some body weight and work on his passing accuracy.
