Considering the horrid year, the bad reports that came out, and possibly howlands final year, how do you pull this class? | legit question - I thought after all the stuff in the media (and the being terrible, not being on television) he would have trouble recruiting but I suppose not...we'll see how the story unfolds. |

| Parker said it himself, he had 3 great players pushing him to come to ucla. Once Muhammad went, it was hard for Parker to overlook ucla imo. Very enticing to go play by the number 2 best guy in the country.

Ever since the McD's AA game, it was stated that Bazz and Parker had both decided on UCLA. Something happened around that time to "push" them to the Bruins. |

That's not me hating on UK, there are many that feel that way. |

A bad year he was probably gone, so why not pull some shady stuff, hope you don't get caught and land a class that's #1? |

That's not me hating on UK, there are many that feel that way. | He is the best talent hands down, but I want to see his attitude, because there seems to be a me first syndrome. Best player might be premature. A great example was harrison barnes being labeled the best player in last years crop, yet when it was all said and done he was probably the 4th or 5th. |

I think ShabaZz has some attitude issues but I think he'll be fine at UCLA. He knows sucks it up 1 year, behave then go to the league.
I'm sure I'll get bashed for this, that's ok, but my opinion was more based on noel than ShabaZz. As I said I expet ShabaZz to be fine and have a great year, and basically meet expectations. However, I don't think Noel will, I think he's going to dissapoint. Not saying hell be bad by any stretch, but right now they say he'd have gone #1. My prediction, he won't be the #1 draft pick next year. Jmo
Also, I don't know that that's fair on barnes, 4th or 5th best that class? I count kyrie Irving and that's it as far as head and shoulders better.

UCLA, the ADIDAS flagship (for bball), doing poorly doesn't sell very many shoes. Bazz's dad is employed by ADIDAS. That explains Bazz, something must've gone down with Parker as well. Prior to the McD's AA game, UCLA wasn't even in the running for him. |
