| Scholly money used to start drug business? A former Vol (Preston Tillman Bailey, III --who remembers him?) from 2009, now at MTSU, said he used his scholarship money to start a drug business http://http://www.dnj.com/article/20...lueRaiders.com
Perhaps someone closer to the scene can explain how he would have the money. I thought they just give athletes the scholarship, not the money for it. |

With Kiffin if competition and hard work resulted in playing time then Bailey was wasting his time. |
