Its inevitable, though. You cant get that far into the tourny every year without winning it. Last season, if Liggins made that last 3 at the buzzer against UConn...UK wins it all. When you put your team into the position to win it all every season, the odds are going to catch up.
It'll happen in the next 3 years, and a very good chance it'll happen this year. |

I dunno...this team is supposed to be the best so far of the UK-Cal era. But for me, this team doesnt feel the same as Walls team or Knights team did. I know they are great, but it doesnt feel the same.
IMO, this team gets final four and loses any team that shoots the three well . Thats the only way UK gets beat.

IMO, this team gets final four and loses any team that shoots the three well . Thats the only way UK gets beat. | Wall's team couldnt shoot. It was discussed all season, that was a major weakness. This years team would beat Wall's team 7 times out of 10.
As for Knights team, they were terrible all season and got hot from 3 in the tourny. They werent great at all and look how far they got. If this years team played UConn of last year, Cats would win by 15. Like I said, its only a matter of time. If its not this year, it'll be next year or the following. |
