Tennessee Tech OVC Champs!

Congrats to Watson Brown and the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagle football team for winning the OVC title! They play host to Central Arkansas next Saturday. The winner travels west to play Montana. Go Tech!

Watson has done a tremendous job turning that ship around. Their Oregon-style offense is really fun to watch. Would love to see them play Montana.

Alumnus here.....so glad to see Tech doing so well this season, especially given how their recent history has gone. Hopefully they can make a nice run in the playoffs.

I moved here to Rednecksville 5 years ago yesterday. The improvement in the Tech team from the time I hit town til this year has been pretty impressive. From what I can see it revolves around two things
1) depth
2) coaching.

They have always had a couple very good players on each side of the ball, but they seem to have more higher caliber players on each side of the ball, and the can run a couple guys in and out that they couldnt before.

I dont see a lot of their games, because Im generally pretty busy, but I enjoy watching them when I can.

Best of luck to Homeboy and his team. Good to see one of Cookevilles own coaching this team to success.

I would love to see Tennessee schedule Tech as their season-opener one year. It would be fun to see Watson go back into Neyland and have a close game like he did at the healm of UAB in 2005.
