I love Rondo but don't think he's as effective if there aren't pieces around him. |

| | Senior Member | Rondo ended up in the perfect situation for him, and he has made the most of it. From the playoff games I have seen this year, it looks like people still don't guard him near the 3-pt line, just like in college. I don't think Rondo could join a bad team and make them any better, but he is a great PG for Boston. Rondo is nowhere near Rose's level, IMO. I invite someone who follows the NBA more than I do to disagree, but that's my take. |

| Imo, rose is more of a two guard playing point. True point guards are guys like williams, rondo and paul. Posted via VolNation Mobile |

Put Rose with Boston and they would be wayyyyyyy better than Rondo with Chicago. Rose is the more elite player and does everything Rondo can do and actually hit a 3 |

But it matters little, because those 5 along with Gilchrist and wiltjer will all play the same amount of minutes. Lamb will play backup point guard when teague is out, wiltjer and Davis will see action at the same time often because they both shoot it from 3 well. Hood still can't play D and Poole has no resemblance of an offensive game, but they will spell 4 or 5 minutes per game along with Vargas if he doesn't pack his bags and split.

| Calipari is a ridiculous recruiter! Joker needs to hire him as a consultant for the football team. |

| | Stooooooooops! | Agree with your 5.
Would like to see Poole really make huge strides in the offseason- I think that he will. Not enough to start, but enough to pass Hood on the depth chart. Quote:

Kill yourself on defense and become dependable, and he will have that spot. Both of them however could fill a void, Poole as a defensive player to spell starters and Hood as zone shooter, if he would upgrade is defense from liability to average. |

| I hate Calipari, but that team is going to flat out nasty. Chad Ford released his top 100. UK has 5 in the Top25 and all of them could be starters.
PG - Marquis Teague (12)
SG - Doron Lamb (25)
SF - Michael Gilchrist (3)
PF - Terrence Jones (10)
PF - Anthony Davis (1)
Other teams in the east:
Vanderbilt has 3 all in the Top 40.
Florida has 3, 2 in the Top 11 and Boynton at 78
Georgia has 1 - Kentavious Caldwell
UK, UF, and Vandy are going to rock our socks off next year. We might have a prayer against Georgia. So hopefully well at least have South Carolina to compete with.
Another note... UNC has 8 players in his Top 100. That is crazy. |
