| USC (Carolina) Am I missing something? I heard from many that South Carolina is a hands down favorite to beat us next year, and some are even predicting that they will beat Florida and win the East. Yes, I am talking about the same South Carolina team that we dominated 31-13 last year on Halloween. Yes, I am also talking about the same South Carolina team that got completely shutdown by a mediocre UConn team in the bowl game. How do they jump from the bottom to the top like that? I haven't heard about them getting any amazing talent this year that could come in and help them win games. Marcus Lattimore seems like a good player but that was the only headliner. On top of that, they lost their best player (Norwood). Will someone explain this to me? What have I missed? GBO! |

They have to finish if they want to win the East. UF will beat them.

| If USC doesn't do it this year, I don't think they ever will. This season is the best opportunity for them with questions with UT, UGA, and even some at UF. I know USC won't beat all three, but 2/3 could be a possibility for them. Just mho. |

Every year since Steve Suckier has been there has supposed to be USC's breakout year and it never happens. |

| | Senior Member | Spurrier's best year was his first year, which is what lead to outrageous expectations for his coaching career at USC. In the end of the day, people are still forgetting it's South Carolina. I'll never buy into this hype until I see the results. |
