I'd leave if you don't think you'll find someone there, unless you're okay with abstinence for the next two years in exchange for more money. But if you stay and don't meet another girl, this is dangerous because without someone, you're just going to end up waiting for your ex to grow up, which is again, flat out stupid and a waste of your life.
