OVR ratings don't really matter anyway. If QB#8 has high THA THP like last year, it's not really underrating him. If WR#11 has high ratings in CTH CIT RTR then he will be elite. Heck, in '12 they're rated a lot lower, but they all play like superstars. Even Z.Rogers is a great receiver in '12.
