your point? thats how business works. my brother in-law works for g.m. thousands of older workers replaced by younger ones at 2/3's the pay. might not seem right, but it happens alllll the time. the university is a business. we'll find out if the way they go rid of her is legal, and if it is, then they are doing what they feel they need to do to run a competitive business....... it's not personal, its business. would you pay more than $25,000 yr more than you had to for the same work done?
