I enjoy the beer at Smokey Mountain Brewery as well, but it's on the west end of town. However, the previously mentioned Copper Cellar is owned by the same group of people, and I believe they serve the same beer (I recommend the Velas Helles). Also as previously mentioned, it's excellent and is located on The Strip. It has a downstairs and an upstairs...I'd stick to the upstairs during football season.
These are pre- or post-game day suggestions however. I'm with the other guys, on game day find a tailgate.
