| “Right now education and the type of offense they run are the two most important things," Thornton said. “I prefer a similar offense to what Tennessee runs, a Power-I formation, but it doesn’t matter, I can adapt to any offense.”
Thornton is hoping to grab some early playing time, but is willing to work to get on the field in college.
“I would like to play right away, but I can learn and prove that I deserve reps,” he said. “I want to earn it instead of just giving it to me.”
Speaking of earning things, Thornton is hoping to show out at Tennessee’s camp this month and earn an offer from the Vols.
