I raised a point about the "Noise Rule" in an earlier thread. Do you guys really think that Vol fans were holding back before because of the rule? I doubt it. Vol fans will be as rabid, crazy, and loud as usual....I hope
. I don't think that lifting the rule will change much in Neyland...unless we start bring a ton of "artificial" noise makers with us...which honestly I could do without. Let's stick to the ol' vocal chords and run the Bears out of k-ville!
