Most of the team played in some or all of the Women's Rocky Top league, no major news coming out of that, other than a few bumps and bruises. Dupree looked really good, although the competition is a bit suspect. Stiil, her conditioning was really good and her back showed no signs of big problems. Both of those points are HUGE.
Taber Spani is still resting the turf toe that limited her last year. It was expected that she would still be in a boot now and she is.
Alicia Manning hurt her ankle doing a demonstration at Pat's camp a couple of weeks ago, but she will be fine by the time the team starts oragnized team activities in the fall.
All of last years players are returning and all were in first session of summer school. Most of them are heading home for the second session and will return in early August.
Its been a quiet summer, and that's a very good thing. Posted via VolNation Mobile
