If you have to do some upper body work do the ususal bench press (incline, decline, as well), curls for the girls, wrist curls, ab work......if you go to a gym you know what to do.
Don't ignore the rest of your body either.
Nothing is funnier than weight room guy that can lift 350 on the bench press, but has touble squatting anything.
If you're just looking to tone do lower weight with higher amount of reps.
