| Coaching Staff = Regional recruiting success!
Just a random thought... But looking at the staff we're building, their backgrounds, former teams, etc. Coach Kiffin maybe finding the best coach & the best recruiter from each of their respected regions!
Chaney- from reading your posts, he's back in 'his' midwest recruiting now.
Orgeron- he's been a beast in recruiting south FL for years
Monte- His name & reputation should speak volumes to northern & mid Florida kids
Almost Garner?- He is known to lock down the State of Georgia's best prospects & would've been Kiffin's Georgia expert
I would suspect that each hotbed of talent nationwide has trends/ tendencies/ connections/ secrets that benefit coaches in each of these respective areas! and if you look at our new staff, I think we are going to have an excellent coach with a connection or presence for each of the countries hotbeds of talent!
So will our next Staff additions bring us a Georgia/ Alabama connection, someone with a Virginia/ DC background, or a West Coast expert?? |
