Thanks. I've been doing forums for a couple years now, and have noticed that some of the intelligence in the smaller forums seems to have diminished. I'm glad to be here with some smart fans.

Yes. I am from Kentucky, so you'd think I'd be a Wildcats, Reds, Bengals fan and so forth... I became a Gator fan when I was young and watching Danny Wuerffel play. Of course I don't remember much, but it helped me become a Gator down the road.
I liked the Pistons because of Jerry Stackhouse, the Cubs because of Greg Maddux and Sammy Sosa, the Lions because they used to play in my mother's hometown and the Blackhawks because I needed a hockey team.

The Cubs fans are really passionate for not having won a World Series in 100 years. When I visited Wrigley Field for a few games in 2006, when the Cubs were flat out TERRIBLE, there were White Sox fans that would by the cheap seats at the games just to boo the Cubs.
