Toyota, Honda and Nissan are hurting because they are getting serious competition from Kia and Hyundai.

GM is considering cutting Saturn and Saab loose. Saturn has some interesting cars, but I never saw the point of considering yourself "a different kind of car, a different kind of car company" if you're still part of the GM family and your first offerings were buzzy, underpowered and cramped crapboxes.
