He is tough, a disciplinarian and a good NFL coach, but that does not translate to college for coaches that have never been a HC in college and came from the NFL. I just don't have a good feeling about Gruden. Here is the post I posted in another thread. It was from a Tampa paper and it makes sense. It makes me think even more, Gruden would not be a good choice.

An article was read on the Sports Monster this morning from a Tampa paper and the columnist said no way Gruden is coming to Tennessee. He said Gruden gets frustrated with 6-10 year NFL veterans that have a hard time understanding his complex schemes, no way that would work in college. He also said that Gruden does not have the patience to deal with kids at the college level, or the parents and fans. He said it will not happen, nor would it work.
Hes gets frustrated with them because they are lazy and over paid. He went to the NFL FROM college! He coached in college for 4 years BEFORE he went to NFL. He knows what college is like. He is not a moron who would bring his "complex schemes" to a college program. He works with his son in his football program. Coached leave the NFL all the time and the NFL media cries alot!!
