Texas and Oklahoma are both better than all the SEC teams. From there, Missouri and Oklahoma State are both better than Georgia, LSU, and the rest. Texas Tech is probably better than LSU also, the Red Raiders and Georgia is a push. Kansas may not be what they were last year, but they're still better than about 8 SEC teams.
