if anything, he would be slower than average at the 40 mark because he's so tall. He's the classic case of top end speed outweighing his start.
Assume that his first 40 was 3.5. His 2nd 40 would be MUCH faster because the start wouldn't be factored into it. That means he'd be roughly 6.8-7.0 through 80 (averaging better than 10m/second).
It wouldn't make sense that his last 20 would be greater than 10 yards/sec.
