My wife's not the most 'ardent' Volunteer fan...she's just not a sport fan at all. However, we deck out the living room and ourselves on game days.
Eventually, I'll have a setup similar to what Smokey mentioned. A large section of the basement will have some sort of turf to look like a football field...hashmarks, checkerboard endzone, the works. Walls and everything else will be adorned in UT and UT Orange.
