| I don't want this to come across as negative, but it's easy to pad your stats when you get 4 extra offensive drives at the end of regulation.
That said, I thought Ainge was very efficient in the first half of the game...he and the receivers (Rogers and Taylor)seemed to unravel as the second half progressed. In overtime, however, the wr corps made a number of big plays when they needed to be made.
As for Foster, he was fantastic throughout the entire game.
The entire team dug deep, in a hostile environment, and their backs against the wall, to make every play they needed to make to get the win. I'm proud of that football team. They escaped defeat on more than one occasion in that ball game, and showed the resilience and poise of a championship football team. |
