As for 2-4 years down the road, I don't know the answer to that but winning back to back championships can't do anything but help recruiting. There have been some similar posts about this topic and I believe someone listed the players we have coming in next season but I can't seem to put my finger on it at the moment. I know that we have a lot of talent coming in next year, the problem is that we will be inexperienced.
