Carson Anderson Commits to Vols

by vol.freak on April 6, 2007

Carson Anderson is the sixth Tennessee commitment for the class of 2008. Carson is an offensive lineman listed at 6-3, 270 from Florence (Ala.) High School. We don’t know much about him at this point aside from the fact that his father and his uncle both played football for the Volunteers.

Carson was also considering Alabama, Auburn and Ole Miss.

The Vols other five commits for the 2008 class are: Ben Bartholomew, Aaron Douglas, J.T Floyd, Austin Johnson, Tauren Poole.

Other news:
Steve Spurrier was back in the news this week with his comments on the Gators basketball National Championship over Ohio State. “We’ve kind of turned Ohio State into Runner-up U., haven’t we?” said Spurrier, a Gator alumnus.
